According to the BBC, a deadline for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), from the post-election violence, to leave their camps expires today.

Two weeks ago, President Mwai Kibaki ordered the closure of the camps, which became home to over 500,000, at the peak of the post-elections violence.

A year and a half after the violence, a lot of Kenyans are still reluctant to leave the camps unless the President gives them the land he promised.
