South Africa: Angola, Uganda and Zambia give land to South Africa

According to the Independent Online, South Africa has been offered 48 square miles of land in Angola and Uganda as well as a land lease agreement in Zambia for agriculture. At a conference, Agriculture Minister, Tina Joemat-Petterson said, “In Angola and Uganda, we have been promised immediately 48 square miles of land…but we are not going to go there unless we have security of tenure.”
