The South African Development Community (SADC) is calling for a transparent vote in Mozambique’s general election scheduled on October 28th. SADC made the call after dispatching the first group of electoral observers all across Mozambique’s provinces, reports VOA. The observer mission is expected to issue its preliminary report three to five days after the electoral commission releases results. About 120 observers are supposed to monitor the election but so far only 38 are working in Mozambique.
