A human rights watchdog has criticized the Egyptian government for not doing enough to ensure the safety of thousands of Cairo slum-dwellers, reports the Middle East Online. Amnesty International says Egypt failed to fully investigate a deadly rockslide in the Dowayqa area in September 2008. Although the authorities say 107 died some believe many more are still unaccounted for.
