President Jacob Zuma and his cabinet have vowed to deal with the «scourge» of corruption in the government in a determined and coordinated way to prevent it infesting every corner and crack of society. The Cabinet delivered on Zuma’s promise in his state of the nation speech, to make rooting out corruption one of the priorities of the South African government, reports Mail&Guardian. As a result, South Africa will set up a new anti-graft ministerial task team to take strong action against corruption in the public sector.
