Former Ministers of Economy and Finance as well as Health, Polycarpe Abah Abah and Urbain Olenguena Awono respectively, were arrested as part of efforts to fight corrupt practices among public officials, the sources said.
However, the police have not specified the charges against the two former cabinet members.
