The US Ambassador in Mauritania, Mark Boulware, on Tuesday gave 80,000 dollars financial assistance to 16 local non-governmental organisations for various projects, a communiqué by the US Embassy in Nouakchott said. The assistance is to financing community assistance projects in the fields of ag riculture, education and supply of drinking water.
