The president of the mauritanian party “FADHILA”, Ethman Ould Ebi El Maali, Thursday, called on the Oummah islamic states to break off ties with Denmark for allowing the publication of Prophet Mohamed cartoons in their country. M. Ebi El Maali, opposition leader and loser of the last election in Mauritania, called on all muslim countries to impose an economic embargo on Denmark, during a forum in Nouakchott. The publication of new cartoons in the Danish media has been denounced by a number of political parties in Mauritania.
