Mauritania issues arrest warrants on suspected terrorists

The Mauritanian authorities have issued international warrants of arrest on Khadim Ould Seman, Abdel Kerim Braoui and Hacen Ben Iche as part of the investigations into the “terrorist” attacks on the Israeli embassy here and the “VIP” nightclub 1 February, Judicial sources told PANA Sunday. Seman, a Mauritanian, had been in prison here, but escaped 26 April and reportedly headed for Senegal. The other two, Braoui and Ben Iche, are respectively Tunisian and Moroccan nationals. The three had been questioned “under caution” and declared wanted for breach of national security, criminal conspiracy, terrorism and illegal possession of arms .
