The state run Herald news paper called for a transitional government headed by Robert Mugabe according to BBC News. The news paper claims that the post electoral crisis makes it impossible to hold a free and fair run off in the future. Presidential election results held March 29th have still not been released. The opposition party, MDC claims that their candidate, Morgan Tsvangirai, won the elections.
