The Olympic Torch arrived in Vietnam from North Korea on Monday evening for its last international stop before the Olympics. The relay in Ho Chi Minh City scheduled for Tuesday should not cause any major security problems according to the International Herald Tribune. No large demonstrations are expected in spite of some students having announced that they would protest China’s claim to the disputed Spratly Islands.
