According to AFP Amnesty International released a report on Tuesday showing that Mozambique police were torturing and killing suspects without being bothered by the Justice Department. “Police in Mozambique seem to think they have a license to kill and the weak police accountability system allows for this,” says Michelle Kagari in the official report also demanding that any policeman suspected of violating human rights should be investigated.
