According to BBC News fifteen local people were killed in a suicide bombing in the Khogyani district of the province of Nangarhar, Afghanistan. The death toll is still uncertain but at least twenty five others were reported injured after the blast. Nato reports that international troops were stationed in the area at the moment of the attack but none was injured. Taleban rebels have claimed responsibility for the attack.
