Serbian President, Boris Tadic, has been invited to sign a pre-membership deal tomorrow in Luxembourg according to France 24. The European Union managed to agree to a deal for closer ties with Serbia by overcoming objections from the Belgian and Dutch, said a European presidency source. One of the main conditions of this deal is the guarantee of full cooperation of the Serbian government with the UN war crimes court, which means giving up remaining suspects including an ex-Bosnian- Serb Army Chief.
