Chotisak Oonsong, a Thai student, has been charged of insulting the monarchy by not standing up during the national anthem in a theater according to Al Jazeera. If convicted he could face up to 15 years in prison although he assures that his gesture was not intended to insult King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
